Life has so many twists and turns, it's helpful to have gentle reminders to keep us motivated and encouraged.

Whether you need motivation to kick start a new business or encouragement to get through the day, something as simple as a caring thought or gesture can really go a long way to getting you back on track and feeling rejuvenated again.

I practice positive affirmations, meditation, yoga, and journaling - these disciplined practices keep me grounded and balanced. One of my all-time favorites is Don Miguel Ruiz "The Four Agreements" - I've read this so many times and often give it as gifts - its principles are so simple, yet life transforming. I've listed a few other inspirational favorites that have given me encouragement or reminded me of my strength and perseverance.
